Equipment Needed or Recommend:
- 1 5lb Medicine Ball (or something similar that can be thrown)
- 1 Dumbbell (Medium to Heavy Weight)
- Platform to jump on (can be porch, tree stump, side walk, bench, anything!)
- Open space to run
